Dr. Ali Shehata

Named Best Emergency Medicine Physician in the King Faisal Hospital network and recognized as one of Nevada’s Top Doctors.
Dr. Ali Shehata serves as Chief Medical Director of Alpha Bioscience, bringing more than two decades of clinical and leadership experience. He previously served as Chairman of the Emergency Medicine Department at King Faisal Hospital in Saudi Arabia, where he was recognized as Best Emergency Medicine Physician in the hospital network.
Board-certified in Family Medicine and a graduate of Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, he runs a concierge practice in Las Vegas focused on personalized, optimization-driven care. As Chief Medical Director, he leads Alpha Bioscience’s clinical strategy, medical oversight, and the development of physician-guided protocols across our health-optimization programs.

Dr. David Y. Josephson

Performed several world-first robotic urologic surgeries that shaped the field.
Attending surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and partner at Tower Urology, Dr. Josephson trained at USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and City of Hope and has published in the Journal of Urology and Journal of Clinical Oncology.
His world-firsts include robotic-assisted inguinal lymph node dissection, cystoprostatectomy with urinary diversion, and RPLND. On our board, he guides our approach to men’s health, urologic cancer screening, and minimally invasive surgical care.
