Description
Senolytic peptide that disrupts FOXO4-p53 interaction
FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic peptide designed to selectively disrupt the interaction between FOXO4 and p53, thereby promoting the clearance of senescent cells and supporting tissue rejuvenation. Functions by modulating key transcriptional pathways involved in cellular stress response and apoptosis. Plays a significant role in influencing cellular homeostasis by encouraging the removal of dysfunctional cells. May improve tissue repair, reduce pro-inflammatory signaling, and enhance resilience against age-associated degenerative processes.
