Description
Reproductive neuropeptide that stimulates gonadotropin release
Kisspeptin is a naturally occurring peptide that plays a key role in regulating reproductive function by triggering the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Instrumental in initiating the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Published literature has also pointed to Kisspeptin’s influence on mood, emotional regulation, and stress response. Beyond reproductive effects, investigated for its potential role in supporting metabolic health and weight regulation.
